The Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis, can be observed from late August to early April. In our area of Sweden we often have cold winter nights with clear skies. Our tours take place by snowshoe in wild and rural areas away from strong artificial sources of light. You have a good chance of seeing the lights here and we will do our best to help you experience it. If the Northern Lights do not appear we will still appreciate the dark night, moonlight and starry skies. We may use torches on our tour but will spend time with them off to fully experience and be immersed in the night.
