Terms and Conditions for Bookings, Payment and Cancellations


Reservations may be made by email or telephone.  When you book a package with Aurora Retreat you will receive a confirmation/invoice and payment information within 48 hours.  This is your contract with Aurora Retreat and it specifies the dates, products and services you have agreed upon with Aurora Retreat.  Please read it carefully and ensure that it is in accordance with your preferences. 


In order to confirm your booking, full payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date.  International payments are to be made by international bank transfer directly to us.  Payments within Sweden may be paid to our bank-giro.  If the payment is not received Aurora Retreat reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior warning. For bookings made less than 14 days before the start date of the holiday, the total amount is required not later than the start day of the package.  


For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, an 80% refund will be provided.  For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.  For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the start date, there will be no refund. Exceptions are made in case of serious illness or force majeure.

Financial security

Your trip with us is finacially protected by a travel guarantee lodged with the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency.  This means that you will be reimbursed if something were to happen to our company and your holiday were to be cancelled or interrupted.
